This position will serve as a Leader and Team Member of the maintenance function to ensure effective equipment operation. This position is committed to ensuring the best quality products and excellent customer service by maintaining good manufacturing practices, improving plant efficiencies, and maintaining compliance with federal/state/local regulations and standards of the industry.
The Maintenance Supervisor is charged with managing a changing culture in a team-based environment. This position will also serve in a leadership role for all team members (maintenance, process and food safety) as the facility matures.
Main Purpose of Job
Under general direction, this position provides direct support to operations and maintenance through the adequate stocking of spare parts. From vendor interfacing, procurement execution, and facilitation of the entire purchasing process, this role is key in the tactical and strategic day to day operation of our facility.
This position reports to: Reliability Manager
Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.

Responsible for the overall management of a storage room and parts, including security of parts, general housekeeping, and condition of multiple storerooms.
This position is responsible for maintaining quality and food safety compliance, in direct support of the operation of the business unit they are assigned to. This entails product releases, Hold processing, incident report investigations, audits, reports and key data maintenance.
This is an entry-level management position which will be closely monitored and mentored by the Business Unit Manager. The purpose of this position is to be the subject line specialist for an individual production line, ensure that safety, quality and performance standards are met daily and ensure the proper production input is performed in an accurate and timely manner.
Primary activities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure safe working procedures are followed
- Train/Cross train production team members
- Maintain product quality standards
- Achieve KPI standards
- Minimize production downtime
- Minimize production waste
- Lead the investigation of production/quality losses to determine root cause
- Resolve personnel problems among team members
- Participate in the recruiting and hiring process
- Conduct disciplinary actions
- Report mechanical issues to Maintenance and Production Manager
- Ensure compliance with GMP’s
- Communicate with production team members
- Complete safety audits daily and weekly
- Coach team members consistent with baker’s values
- Lead the continuous improvement initiatives for the department
- Build and nurture a customer/supplier relationship with the maintenance, quality and warehouse departments
The Customer Service Manager will work with all of our customers on a daily basis to ensure all orders are fulfilled and delivered as scheduled. Provide timely feedback with any qustions to all customers. Will work closely with sales to ensure all customers needs or issues are being handled effectively. Working closely with production planning to ensure all incoming customer orders can be met by customers requested/need dates.
From time to time, this role provides support for special projects within the department by completing special assignments, performing vendor review surveys, and providing historical and future projections of material movements using NetSuite.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Production Planner will be responsible for developing production plans that meet/exceed customer service objectives, capacity levels on the production lines, demand planning and forcasting customer needs, delivering finished goods inventories at/below target levels, supporting cost effectiveness objectives at the manufacturing plant, and meeting other strategic objectives.

The QA Line Tech is responsible for maintaining high quality standards through testing of raw materials and products.
The Material Supply Handler safely uses a forklift to ensure ingredients and materials are delivered to required locations in a timely manner.
This Material Supply Handler position pays $16.00/hr, on a 12 hour shift, working on a 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend).
The Finished Goods Handler safely uses a forklift to move product into storage area or in position for shipping. Work is typically completed in cold/refrigerated space.
The Production Operator is capable of contributing to all phases of the production process. Included is the operation of automated production equipment, preliminary diagnosis/identification of equipment issues, aiding with preventive maintenance and packaging of final product.
Incumbents are expected to demonstrate competency in making production decisions concerning the pre-flight and operation of equipment. Must be flexible to rotate job assignments throughout production. We have variable work scheduldes.
The pay is $16.00hr for Level 2 Production Operator. Pay is based upon previous experience.
A typical work week can be:
12 hour shifts - 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. or 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. with rotating days off. This is a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
We are looking for people who are eager to be a productive member of the Sanitation team and ensure excellent plant sanitation. Sanitors are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, office space, and other bakery locations. Incumbents will effectively perform all duties in Sanitation in an efficient and accurate manner, while following all company policies and procedures. All jobs will be performed safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Food Safety and Quality. Sanitors must be flexible to work all shifts, including weekends.
