This position will serve as a Leader and Team Member of the maintenance function to ensure effective equipment operation. This position is committed to ensuring the best quality products and excellent customer service by maintaining good manufacturing practices, improving plant efficiencies, and maintaining compliance with federal/state/local regulations and standards of the industry.
The Maintenance Supervisor is charged with managing a changing culture in a team-based environment. This position will also serve in a leadership role for all team members (maintenance, process and food safety) as the facility matures.
This is a management position which will be closely monitored and mentored by the Business Unit Manager. The purpose of this position is to be the subject line specialist for an individual production line, ensure that safety, quality and performance standards are met daily and ensure the proper production input is performed in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
Range up to $39 an hour depending on controls experience.

The Production Operator is capable of contributing to all phases of the production process. Included is the operation of automated production equipment, preliminary diagnosis/identification of equipment issues, aiding with preventive maintenance and packaging of final product.
Incumbents are expected to demonstrate competency in making production decisions concerning the pre-flight and operation of equipment. Must be flexible to rotate job assignments throughout production. We have variable work scheduldes.
The pay is $14.00/hr for Level 1 and $16.00/hr for Level 2 Production Operator. Pay is based upon previous experience.
A typical work week will be either:
Monday through Saturday, with a rotating day off each week. Occassional Sundays may be required.
12 hr shifts - 6 a.m to 6 p.m. or 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. with rotating days off.
We are looking for people who are eager to be a productive member of the Sanitation team and ensure excellent plant sanitation. Sanitors are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, office space, and other bakery locations. Incumbents will effectively perform all duties in Sanitation in an efficient and accurate manner, while following all company policies and procedures. All jobs will be performed safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Food Safety and Quality. Sanitors must be flexible to work all shifts, including weekends.
